Callie McRae is the Sr. FF&E Interior Designer and Procurement Director at TBA.

Callie is heavily involved in projects from Schematic Design all the way to Installation. Callie works with our clients throughout every phase of the design process. Callie collaborates with the design team to develop creative FF&E concepts, layouts, and specifications that align with the project’s overall design vision. She identifies, sources, and selects appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment for each project, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, quality, and budget. Callie collaborates with our TBA project managers & architects as well as contractors, and other key personnel to ensure seamless coordination and integration of FF&E items within the overall project timeline.

Callie enjoys staying updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative FF&E solutions to bring fresh ideas and value-added concepts to projects.
