Meredith Futch is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TBA.  She joined the TBA team in 2023 and has been instrumental in managing the financial and human resource aspects of the company.

Meredith has a wealth of experience in accounting, financial planning, budgeting, business process development, and systems implementation. Meredith came to TBA after her 28-year career at a Fortune 500 telecommunications and technology company where she developed and mentored many professionals in her field.

As the CFO of TBA, Meredith oversees the accounting, finance, and human resource functions for all TBA locations. She is responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of the company plus any merger and acquisition activity.  She handles the treasury functions, such as invoicing, payments, capital requirements, cash management and liquidity requirements.

Meredith holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Northeast Louisiana University (currently ULM).
