Wes Mackey, Project Manager,  joined our Bossier City team on June 24, 2024.

After receiving his bachelor’s degree in architecture from LSU, Wes spent the first part of his architectural career in Baton Rouge gaining years of experience specializing in multifamily and mixed-use design. Not only does Wes have experience in multifamily design, but he also has 8 years of experience in multifamily property management and renovations giving insight into the innerworkings of he designs he creates today. His experience in a fast-paced multifamily setting brings fresh aspects of organization, budget, schedule, and project management to the TBA Team. In addition to multifamily and mixed-use, Wes also has experience in commercial, residential, urban design, and master planning. He enjoys working closely with clients from schematic design through construction to help develop the best project outcomes. He is currently pursuing licensure and strives to constantly grow as a designer and project manager. Wes believes that project management is about creating relationships in a Team environment among clients, consultants, contractors, communities, and TBA.
