The first floor is organized around a welcoming double-height lobby that anchors the building and provides clear wayfinding for patients and visitors. This level includes a full-service pharmacy, medical exam rooms, behavioral health services, reception and nurse stations, laboratory spaces, warehouse storage, and staff support areas. The layout prioritizes patient flow, operational efficiency, and a comfortable, accessible experience.

The second floor is dedicated to specialized clinical services, including dental, optometry, and physical therapy. Dental operatories and optometry exam rooms are supported by reception areas, nurse stations, and staff breakrooms, while outdoor balconies provide access to natural light and additional staff amenities. The organization of this level allows each department to function independently while maintaining a cohesive overall plan.

Administrative and leadership functions are located on the third floor, which serves as the operational hub for Trinity Health. This level includes executive offices, medical records, IT, billing, and finance departments, along with a board room, conference rooms, and flexible training spaces. A large multi-purpose meeting room accommodates up to 150 people and supports staff training, community events, and organizational functions.

A commercial kitchen on the third floor provides daily hot meal service as well as convenient grab-and-go options for staff, reinforcing the facility’s focus on employee well-being.
