The West Monroe High School Athletic Training Room is a 7,500-square-foot sports medicine facility designed to support the health, recovery, and performance of student-athletes across the school’s athletic programs. Created to serve both male and female athletes, the facility provides a dedicated environment for injury evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery.
At the heart of the facility is a spacious central treatment area filled with natural light and designed to accommodate the daily needs of athletes and training staff. Multiple training and treatment tables provide flexibility for individual and group care, while dedicated exam rooms offer private spaces for evaluations and consultations. Plunge pools support aquatic therapy and recovery, expanding the range of sports medicine and rehabilitation services available to student-athletes on campus.
Beyond its clinical function, the facility was designed to reflect the tradition and identity of West Monroe High School athletics. Surrounding the treatment area, graphics and imagery celebrate memorable athletes and moments from across the school’s athletic programs, connecting today’s students with the legacy of those who came before them.
By bringing modern sports medicine resources together in one purpose-built facility, the Athletic Training Room gives West Monroe High School’s student-athletes access to a comprehensive environment focused on treatment, rehabilitation, recovery, and a safe return to competition.
